A Tribute to Oman’s Beauty, Heritage, and Timeless Elegance

The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque was founded and financed by Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said. It was built over six years and opened on May 1, 2001. This building is a significant achievement in art and design, well known worldwide.

This beautiful mosque is home to the largest single-piece carpet in the world, measuring 70 by 30 meters, weighing 21 tons, and considered one of the world's masterpieces. The rug, woven by Persian weavers, is made of 28 different colors of wool and cotton and 1.7 million knots, of which 600 weavers have woven it for 4 years.

The mosque's lighting is also important, as it is illuminated by 35 crystal chandeliers, the most prominent of which is 14 meters high, 8 meters in diameter, weighs 8 tons, and has 1212 lamps, making it the largest chandelier in the world.

 “MUSCAT NIGHT SKY Watch “was carefully designed and delicately crafted to reflect the everlasting beauty and calm of Oman and Muscat. 

Designed with a completely new and unique aesthetic, its case is made from polished 316 L stainless steel with extremely high fineness and high quality. The design of the case and the dial of the watch are new and unique.

The multi-layered, fine dial of the Oman watch, with its lower layer of lapis lazuli in a beautiful blue, is a metaphor for the night sky. The outline of the stars of Muscat sky, with a beautiful moon covered with Sovarowski stones, narrates the calm and relaxing sky of Muscat Nights. The Lapis lazuli stone is a symbol of power and wisdom that balances the soul and the mind.

The Great Mosque of Sultan Qaboos, in an engraving pices features on the top of Lapiz Lazuli stone and its lower part  meaningful words by Sultan Qaboos bin Said (In this country, all people are equal).  

The Oman royal logo has been marked on dial-in metal-engraving style. The date index has been positioned on the three clocks of the watch. All markers, handles, crowns, and stainless steel handles have been designed to be incompatible with the case body. The leather handle is made of high-quality,

 handmade leather with a crocodile design and different colors to enhance the beauty of the watch.
